Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to remain eligible for a refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
